Ingredients:

2 tbsp of Oil
2-4 Carrots (depending on the size)
2-3 Sweet peppers
3 Spring onions
2 Cloves of garlic
300-400 g of Chicken
1 tbsp of Oyster sauce
2 tsp of Soya sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

How to:

Cut the peppers and carrots into bite-size strips. Slice the spring onions into small rings. Peal the garlic and chop it finely. Then prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-size pieces. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Put the oil in the wok and put it on high heat, add the garlic and stir for a few seconds before adding the chicken. Fry until the chicken is almost done. Add the spring onions and carrots and keep stirring. Add water if necessary, let it all fry for a few minutes before adding the oyster and soya sauce. Then add the sweet peppers and let it cook for a minute or so.

Serve with either rice or noodles and voilá you’re done :D
