I think everyone, by now, knows about the trouble with my ankle and what I’ve been through so far. After my 2nd surgery in November everything has been going great. No pain, no swelling and I’m not using my crutches. I was really optimistic and hoped it meant no more trouble and worries.. I was wrong.

The pain is back, so while I went to my check-up today I mentioned that and my surgeon/doctor wanted to check my ankle. Nothing seems to be wrong (just like the last time), so he suggested another ain blocking injection.. I’m no wuss and my pain tolerance is high, but let me tell you this: IT FUCKING HURT!
Being stabbed by a needle in a sore place is not comfortable, but in the ankle it’s even worse and then he wanted me to wiggle it, making the pain even worse. I held my dad’s hand and I almost cried. Not something I would even wish for my worst enemy!
