This recipe is a traditional Danish Christmas cookie. It smells divine and taste like heaven. I’ll admit they aren’t figure friendly, but you won’t get the same taste if using fat free stuff. This recipe will make around 35 cookies :D

 

Ingredients

75 g of Almond flour
250 g of All purpose flour
1 Egg (L/XL)
180 g of Sugar
200 g of Butter (Salted and soft – room temperature)
1-1½ tsp of Vanilla powder*

 

How to

Step 1: Mix the vanilla powder, sukker and buttet together until it’s creamy.

Step 2: Add the egg and mix well.

Step 3: Add the two kinds of flour and mix until smooth.

Step 4: Put the mixture in a fabric piping bag with a star tip and pipe the mixture into circles (5 cm diameter)

Step 5: Bake at 200 degrees celcius until they are lightly golden brown (10-14 minutes)

 

*The vanilla powder can be replaced with the seeds from a large vanilla pod.
