Rasmus Walter Hansen (født 15. februar 1978 i Aarhus) er en dansk sanger, sangskriver, og guitarist. Han er forsanger i rockbandet Grand Avenue, som han var med til at danne i 2001. Rasmus Walter udgav sit selvbetitlede debutalbum i april 2011. Albummet solgte 2000 eksemplarer, og affødte radiohittet “Dybt vand”.

I marts 2013 udsendte Rasmus Walter sit andet soloalbum, Lige her lige nu.

Oliver Stanley “Olly” Murs is an English singer-songwriter, musician and television presenter. Murs rose to fame after finishing as the runner-up in the sixth series of The X Factor in 2009.

You can read more about him HERE or visit his website HERE.

He has released 3 albums: “Olly Murs”, “In Case You Didn’t Know” and “Right Place Right Time”. My fave out of the three is “Right Place Right Time”. I just love the mix of happy upbeat songs and ballades filled with emotions. I especially love the song “Dear Darlin'”! I also like “Hey You Beautiful” and “One Of These Days”. It just seems like RPRT is the most coherent album, but that is after all just my opinion. I can wait too see him live, when he is the support act for Robbie Williams, in July :D

The band was formed by singer Maria Brink and guitarist Chris Howorth in 2005. They found drummer Jeff Fabb and started the band as Dying Star. Unhappy with their musical direction, they changed their name to In This Moment and gained two band members, guitarist Blake Bunzel and bassist Josh Newell. In late 2005, bassist Newell left the band and was replaced by Pascual Romero, who in turn was quickly replaced by Jesse Landry. Landry was replaced by Kyle Konkiel in 2009 and Konkiel was replaced by Travis Johnson in 2010. Jeff Fabb and Blake Bunzel left the band in 2011, and were replaced by Tom Hane and Randy Weitzel respectively.

Their debut album, Beautiful Tragedy, was released in 2007. Their second album, titled The Dream was released the following year debuting at No.73 on the Billboard 200. The band’s third album, A Star-Crossed Wasteland was released in 2010, and their fourth album titled Blood was released in August 2012 and debuted at No.15. They have performed on several notable tours and festivals including Ozzfest in 2007 and 2008, Warped Tour in 2009, Download Festival in 2009, Mayhem Festival in 2010, Music as a Weapon V tour in 2011, And the Uproar Festival in 2012.

My fave album has to be The Dream. It’s just the most complete album in my opinion and I prefer the sound on this one. I will say that I do enjoy the rest of the albums, even the new one, but The Dream is just special to me. I discovered them while shopping for music. They were being played in the store and I asked the assistant who it was and he told me all the facts.

Dying Star is by far my favourite song, which is from The Dream (surprise, surprise), but I just can’t help it – I’m a sucker for ballads!

latterdays

Last week I watched this movie for the first time and fell in love. If you don’t like lgbt themed movies then this is not for you, but if you are like me then that is your fave genre. I must say that I wasn’t expecting to cry as much as I did and Latter Days is now my fave movie, beating Shelter down to a second place.
