potatoes

This is not a recipe for people on a diet. Seriously it contains a lot of calories, but you can pair it with turkey, a salad or any other healthy food you want. It’s okay to sin once in a while and to me this is the ultimate “Sinners” dish XD

Ingredients:

700g of Pre-cooked sliced potatoes (You can usually buy them already pre-cooked)
150g of Broccoli
100g of Mushrooms
250ml of Cooking cream
100g of Shredded cheese (It needs to be a more fatty cheese)
Salt
Pepper

How to:

Step1: Turn your oven to 175°C and get that out of the way.

Step 2: Roast the mushrooms in a pan until they get some colour

Step 3: Put a layer of sliced potatoes in a ovenproof dish and add some mushrooms and broccoli. Season this layer a bit and put a small amunt of cheese and cream on. Then put another layer of potatoes and continues the layering until the last layer which has to be potatoes. Then add the rest of the cheese and cream.

Step 4: Bake until everything is cooked. It usually takes 1-1½ hour. If the cheese is starting to burn, put some foil over it and continue to bake.

depressed

So as most people know I’m fighting a depression and I have been for several years. It goes up and down and I’m usually capable to study and keep a normal life, but with all the things that happened in the last 6 months I can’t. My body has literally shut down and I can’t study. That’s why I’ve talked to my school’s study counselors and decided to take a semester off and maybe more, depending on how I feel later this year.

jackets
1. Plus Collection // 2. Fresh Spirit // 3. H&M+ // 4. ASOS Curve

One of my biggest wishes for my birthday is a new trendy Autumn/Winter jacket and I’ve narrowed it down to these four. I’m most hooked on #4 from ASOS, because the cut looks just right for my body type and I’m really digging the military vibe it has :)

Which style do you guys go after when choosing a new warm jacket?

I stumbled upon this song a few days ago and have been listening to it almost non-stop since.. It’s just so damn catchy and the video is effing brilliant! I’m actually surprised that I haven’t heard the name Park Jung Min before seeing as I listen to a lot of Asian music.. I think I might look further into his music and see if it’s just as good or if the ROMEO EP is the only music from him I like XD

Today is what we call “Pink Saturday” and it basically means that more than 100 cities in Denmark is doing events to collect money for breast cancer research. The organization behind is Kræftens Bekæmpelse and they have a sister organization called Støt Brysterne (Support the breast – directly translated). Most of the events are health oriented, but also grocery stores and bakeries are focusing on breast cancer awareness. For example at Super Best you can buy baby-pink roses and by doing so they donate money to breast cancer research.

Hvis du er dansker kan du donerer til Støt Brysterne HER
