Ever since I showed my DIY Studded Jacket I’ve had people ask me how I did it and so I decided to make a photo tutorial showing you all how to do it. It’s really not rocket science and every one can do it. It’s easy and fun and you can stud basically every piece of clothing you own. So grab some studs, some pliers or a scissor and a piece of clothing and lets get started! :D

In Denmark we do a lot of different treats for Christmas and this is one of them. There are so many differents recipes and almost every Dane makes them differently, but here you’ll get my recipe :)

This recipe will make around 25-35 balls

175 g of Cooking Oats
100 g of Powdered/confectioners sugar
4½ tbsp of Cocoa powder
½ tsp of Pure vanilla powder
100-135 g of Soft butter

You cansubstitute some of the butter and sugar with honey. You can add orange zest, alcohol, cinnemon and so on, only your imagination is the limit. Just remember that you need to be able to form balls of the “dough”, so it should be too dry, too sticky or too wet!

How to

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the butter and combine it with your hands. Yes this is messy and your hands will be dirty, but it’s worth it in the end! Form balls and coat them in cocoa powder, shredded coconut or powdered sugar. Let them set in the fridge for at least 2 hours and enjoy :D The balls can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days

I ordered this poster in 31×41 yesterday on fab.eu and got a shipping confirmation today. They are super fast and the stuff comes well packaged and protected from damage. If you like design and fresh, humorous stuff then fab.eu is a site for you. I know for a fact that I’m hooked and I’m 99,9% sure others will love it too! If you’re from outside Europe you need to look at fab.com and they don’t offer the same things, sadly.

Anyways back to the poster… I love the simple design and what really got me was the “quote”. It just really hits you and it’s veru true. I personally could learn from it and I will use it as motivation, while it’ll look nice – hanging on the wall :D

I’m home again after the arthroscopy and I couldn’t be better! I only have mild aches and I can rotate the ankle and walk without pain :D

They found a lot of infected/irritated tissue also called synovit where I had the pain and swelling. It went into the joint everytime I moved my ankle causing even more pain :/
It’s nice to know that something was wrong and my surgeon has removed it all. Now all we can do is hope it won’t come back! *knocks on wood*

My surgeon and physiotherapist are optimistic and they assure me I’ll be back to 100% normal after a month! :D
