Cranberry/Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients

175g of Butter, softened at room temperature
85g of Golden caster sugar
½ tsp Vanilla powder, seeds or extract
1 tsp of Baking powder
2 Eggs
225g of Plain flour
75g of Pistachios
75g of Dried cranberries

Green food colour if you’d like.

How to

Whisk the butter and sugar together until it becomes “fluffy”. Add the eggs and whisk again. Now add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix until combined. Add the food colour and mix again. Lastly add the pistachios and cranberries and mix the batter well.

Take a teaspoon of the batter and put it onto your bakingsheet. Continue and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.

    So pretty much your not allergic to nuts at all.. just peanuts and their not even a nut their a legume D: XDDD
